Kia from Germany has come up in three new editions. Kia ceed, Pro ceed and sporty wagon are the three new special additions to the range of Kia motors. This is also known as the “Dream Team” addition for Kia Germany.
These Dream team range from Kia are already in consideration for upscale version of edition 7 and with such enhancements and add-ons over the base model all these three models attract a benefit price of € 4360. The 17 inches wheels with alloys and running daytime light of LED nature are some of the extra features that you get with these three models. These entire edition 7 models are available from October 2011 and by analyzing the demand Kia has already extended the offer for the next year too.
This special edition models from Kia have 4 new and unbelievable features. Instead of controlling the air condition manually now it is equipped with automatic climate control feature, the second one is cruise control feature, then comes the sporty grille of black color and the last one is spacious storage compartment. In terms of color too all three models are available in white Carrara and number of metallic options are available on all three models. The price that you can look forward too for these models start at € 14,990 for the 1.4 CVVT base engine ceed model. The other two models are priced at €15,470 and €16,450 respectively.
The added features that you can have with these three super models are 6 speaker audio system, parking sensor for safety, camera for a better rearview, map navigation system with a 6.5 inches screen, length adjustable steering meant for multiple purposes. Heating feature for front seats, leather cover for steering wheels, knob for shifting, fog lamp. Some of the other very handy advantages that you get in these models are front seats with height adjustment, auto control power windows, remote keys with radio control for central locking of the car, exterior mirrors with heating feature. Prior to gasoline 1.2 liter and diesel engine the engine also includes a very special Twingo facelift. The eco2 based 16V engine is also available in two types. This helps 55 KW/75 hp to mobilize well.
The 5.1 liter Renault Twingo with 4 cylinders is an excellent machine that requires gasoline for every 100 kilometers. This results in emission of CO2 of approx 119 grams for every kilometer. Audi has realized the importance of man power and for this reason it will going to hire around 1200 professionals in the year 2012. Other than this Audi will also invest around € 13 billion in acquiring and developing new technologies that will give way to new products.
Large share of this money will be invested in the Audi plants at Neckarsulm Widuckel and Ingolstadt. As Thomas Sigi the senior official from Audi said “We want to grow internationally, particularly strong and strengthen our areas of expertise and lightweight electric mobility. Therefore, we will hire the staff and plan to continue in the coming year to set a further 1,200 experts. ”
In 2011 Audi hired around 3500 professionals which were the highest for them in any year. 1200 professionals were supposed to work in German plants but still the number went beyond 1300. 400 temporary employees were taken as permanent employees. At Neckarsulm and Ingolstadt around 700 employees started their training. For plants on foreign shores also Audi has hired number of employees. 1400 professionals were hired for Gyor in 2011 and around 270 for Brussels.
Audi needs to maintain a good supply of skilled man power and look at how many professionals will be required in future. This will be done with the consideration of apprentices, employee representatives, students, universities and the selected participants of the Audi STEP program that ensures studies and practice of work simultaneously and after passing out will also make them sign an unlimited contract of employment. Not only this Audi also works on creating talent of their own where people are made sure they learn more than what they learn at original training.
