Audi to hire 1200 professionals
Audi has realized the importance of man power and for this reason it will going to hire around 1200 professionals in the year 2012. Other than this Audi will also invest around € 13 billion in acquiring and developing new technologies that will give way to new products.
Large share of this money will be invested in the Audi plants at Neckarsulm Widuckel and Ingolstadt. As Thomas Sigi the senior official from Audi said “We want to grow internationally, particularly strong and strengthen our areas of expertise and lightweight electric mobility. Therefore, we will hire the staff and plan to continue in the coming year to set a further 1,200 experts. ”
Make a Career at Audi in Europe
In 2011 Audi hired around 3500 professionals which were the highest for them in any year. 1200 professionals were supposed to work in German plants but still the number went beyond 1300. 400 temporary employees were taken as permanent employees. At Neckarsulm and Ingolstadt around 700 employees started their training. For plants on foreign shores also Audi has hired number of employees. 1400 professionals were hired for Gyor in 2011 and around 270 for Brussels.
Audi has not forgotten their beginning
Audi needs to maintain a good supply of skilled man power and look at how many professionals will be required in future. This will be done with the consideration of apprentices, employee representatives, students, universities and the selected participants of the Audi STEP program that ensures studies and practice of work simultaneously and after passing out will also make them sign an unlimited contract of employment. Not only this Audi also works on creating talent of their own where people are made sure they learn more than what they learn at original training.
